- Incoming faxes and confirmations can be received via email
- Send documents from any networked PC via fax or email
- Supports Outlook, Notes and GroupWise email client with address book support
- Faxes, when routed to emails, can be automatically converted to PDF format
- Compliant with regulatory requirements of HIPAA, Sarbanes Oxley and Gramm Leach Bliley

- 1 GHz Pentium III
- 512 MB RAM
- 20 GB Hard Drive with minimum 1 GB free space
- Internet Explorer 6.0
- At least one open PCI slot for the fax modem card(s). Server requires a 3 or 5 volt, 32 bit, 33 MHz PCI slot.
Note: One dedicated server can support several WorkCentre Pro devices, depending on the volumes of faxes sent per day/server.
