software and solutions will be acquired, deployed, tested, and supported
in your organization.
- Does the vendor have a robust partners program for custom
solutions?
- Are their published SDKs and API’s readily available
for custom applications development?
- Are the vendor’s partner solutions tested and certified
that they perform as advertised?
- Does the vendor provide a single point of contact, and provide
first, second, and third level support as needed to eliminate
frustration determining the source of a problem?
